We offer AI-personalized training programs and optional human coaching (“Services”). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Fitness activities carry risks—even with AI or human coaching. You understand that injuries can happen from your own actions, environmental factors, or negligence, and you voluntarily assume all such risks.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including weight loss, strength gains, or health improvements. Your progress depends on effort, consistency, and personal factors.
We are not medical professionals. The content is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any fitness or nutrition plan, and stop immediately if you experience adverse symptoms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FORG3D and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility, arising from or related to the Services.
Some jurisdictions may not allow this limitation; where prohibited, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FORG3D harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
Where lawful, you waive all claims against FORG3D for any physical injury or damage resulting from the use of our Services, known or unknown.
If a part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and an enforceable replacement shall reflect the original intent.
We may update these Terms. You are responsible for reviewing them. Continuing to use the Services after changes means you accept the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada (update if different), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
